  It is possible to not know your pregnant for 6 months. My aunt was told she couldn’t get pregnant as she has PCOS and endometriosis. Her periods rarely came and she always had pelvic issues. She only found out she was pregnant when she saw an impression of something on her stomach that looked like an alien trying to escape. She went to the emergency room where after tests, confirmed that the alien was my cousin Brody.
