  I totally agree, however, you hv sm men that’s hell bent on being right &amp; no matter how you try to communicate with him even watching your tone, he’s still argumentative &amp; combative…communication is 50/50 you hv to listen as much as you speak

  Your so right, been threw this with my Man... &nbsp;And he did shut down took a long time for me to understand that cuz we both had trauma mad trauma in our life as a young girl as myself yes post-traumatic stress disorder and him also but we love each other that much to for 2 years now work at this and work together at this so I totally agree with what you&apos;re saying I&apos;m guilty of it I understand now praise God Amen 🙏🏻

  at the same time trill bottled up emotions and unsaid words can mess you up even more . It does more damage than good and I say this all the time.. guys are allowed to cry . Some who are tough on the outside really be marshmallows in the inside .
