One cannot budget their way out of poverty, nor can one vote their way out of tyranny.

If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency first by inflation then by deflation the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered... I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies... The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs.

Thomas Jefferson

Being poor is extremely expensive. You can't afford quality so you have to keep buying crap you need to constantly replace. You can't afford healthy food so you're always sick. You can't pay for things in cash so you always pay disgusting amounts of interest. And the stress will end you fast.

Yes, a while ago my take home pay was 420 dollars after taxes, for my family insurance was 325 dollars. I was paid every two weeks, we lived off my husband income. He was laid off and had to drop insurance.

95% of social media is people complaining. Maybe if you spent more time on your problems instead of complaining to random strangers you would be better off…..
