  Lived in cayucos for 3 years...1978 to 1981.....we now go back there often...we were in morro Bay 2 days ago...best place in California 😁♥️

  Awesome job.  I live in Morro Bay and work on the street you drove down.  Perfect encapsulation of our town.  Can't wait to rewatch this 20 years from now.

  We pass the sound of the sea, the singing of birds, the golden beach among the trees, all this in summer reminds me..... this ride.

  One of the most beautifully scenic drives in California!  Love the coast, not so great for the 'driver' but as a passenger I don't think I ever looked straight ahead...looking down on the rocks and ocean waves....amazing...and with Morro Bay and Carmel as the beginning and the end....outstanding!   And the bonus is the California Elephant Seas Rookery....everyone should take a trip at least once!!!

  My dad &nbsp;drove a large propane truck from Cayucos to Big Sur bi-weekly for 30 years without one accident! Fun to see my friends’ businesses, &amp; my dad’ s ranch between Cayucos and Harmony and all the familiar landmarks all the way up the coast. We often rode our bikes from Cayucos to Coast Union on that 14 mile stretch to Cambria...We were just country bumpkins loving life! <br>Blessed to have been born &amp; raised there! Can’t wait to go visit friends and family after this pandemic...🌺🌴

  You need a video with the camera showing the coast to the left. The coast of California is as beautiful as any in the world. The drive down Highway 1 is unsurpassed.
