  I got a call from a scammer yesterday.  He was going on and on.   I told him that I wasn't buying what he was saying.   He said that he wasn't trying to sell me anything to buy.  (😂)  I finally said that I don't negotiate with scammers. He said that he wasn't a scammer, and then someone else started talking.  I said,  "Oh great!  Another scammer." He asked why I think he's a scammer.   I said, "Because I watch Pierogi."  Next thing i heard was a click of them hanging up. 😂😂

  I knew a young woman who was contacted on social media by a man purporting to being a photographer for models and saying she would make a great larger size model (she was somewhat larger with a pretty face). She said he had a portfolio and she showed me a few pictures, which I suspected were stolen from other websites. She was messaging back and forth with this man and trying to make an appointment with him when I found out what was up. I responded with horror and told her that he was a scammer and was most likely interested in something very bad like human trafficking. She cut off contact with the man.<br><br>I also knew a teenage girl who had a mild cognitive disability due to a head trauma. She had a &quot;boyfriend&quot; she made online. She told me about him and said that he wanted her to sneak away from home and meet him in NYC. She was considering doing so. &nbsp;We live in the middle of the country. NYC is very far away. Again, I was horrified and told her of the horrible things that could come out of such an action. She also cut off contact with the individual, who was most likely not a teenage boy at all. <br><br>Scamming is not always on the computer; victims are not always the elderly; and people can protect their fellow humans from scammers even when they do not have wicked computer skills.

  NEVER, ever stop doing what you are doing. On a serious note, you are doing a great service to everyone. On and entertainment note I need new underwear as a pissed myself laughing so much at that moron trying to cover his camera AFTER you got all the footage you needed.

  I received a phone call from a man that said he was from my cable company and he was on his way to check my line then wanted to confirm address. &nbsp;I asked what address he had and for a second he stumbled his words then gave a strange address that prompted me to write down his phone number, then I said no thank you, hung up, then reported it to my cable company. &nbsp;Wasn&apos;t til later I realized how serious that was, my being a senior taking care of my disabled spouse. &nbsp;I do credit you folks at scammer payback for my response to that call because not all scams are on the computer so its just important not to allow strangers access to the home or computer. &nbsp;Thank you for educating the black and white tv generation!

  The worst part about this is that there&apos;s no one to report these crimes to that you know will follow up with it and the scammers will receive repercussions.
