  Based on nearly 4 decades of parrot interaction and observation I can conclusively say, a parrot&apos;s God given mission is to constantly test gravity lest it misbehave or go away. Everything must be thrown, tossed or dumped in pursuit of confirming gravity is still functioning reliably. <br><br>Further observation. Parrots will choose to walk pretty much any distance under 30&apos;. Unless the destination is high, the energy required to fly is too great so Conservation of Energy is the rule. First corollary: the term &apos;pigeon toed&apos; is a misnomer. The term should be Parrot Toed.<br><br>BTW, the &quot;Scarlet Macaw&quot; is really a Greenwing Macaw. Just sayin&apos;. Scarlets have no facial feathers.
