When I was a kid the schoolbus I rode went by his house everyday. Sometimes he would be outside & he would wave to the bus. Once the driver stopped to say hello & he came on the bus & said hello to all of us kids. Dude was a big man

My dad left when I was three, John Wayne was my substitute father, a man I emulated, a man I wanted to be like! He was my hero and my savior! I am what I am today because of watching his movies!
