This is one of the things that I love about Japan: people take great pride in their work. In the West, at times, we might think that a daily routine is mundane and boring. The Japanese seem to treat the ordinary as an art form. These chefs take such pride in what they do as if they are artists painting a beautiful picture. The okonomiyaki looks amazing. I know Osaka and Hiroshima are famous for this dish.
