  i work in a movie theater. about 2 years ago, someone had a heart attack in the middle of the movie. an ambulance was called, and the movie was turned off and the lights came on so the paramedics could help the person. after they were taken to the hospital, all tickets for that movie were refunded since the movie got interrupted (because someone was literally dying). one of the people in the theater that day left a review complaining about how the movie was interrupted because someone was actively having a heart attack and the movie got cancelled.

  I work at sooubway, and someone left me a 1 star review saying "the sandwitches were all wrong and had barely any vegetables on them" and attached a picture of the sandwich to show how bad it was. It looked like they messed them up themselves, and the worst part is you could see a pile of discarded veggies sitting in the background!

  Hi and greetings from Belgium! I once ordered at the drive-through of a local McDonalds, received what I thought was my complete order and drove off. Suddenly, when I drove onto the street, I saw a young employee running out the door, towards my car. It was pouring. In her hands she had another bag of food, which I had forgotten to wait for... The next day, I went back to the restaurant and gave her a box of chocolates to thank her for her trouble.

  My favorite fast food experience ever was at a taco bell. I got in the drive thru line and there was this car in front of me and I could hear the girl saying her order, she ordered like 3 burritos and around 2 to 3 tacos, nothing too heinous just alot, but she wanted every item custom made. Like they were all different. It took maybe 8 minutes until she finished ordering (plus however long she was there before I showed up). I pull up, the guy asks me what I want, and I say, &quot;can I just get the $5 cravings box&quot; the guy says &quot;Thank you so much for having a simple order, pull around.&quot; Love that guy, hope hes doing okay.

  Someone tried suing the restaurant I used to work at because there was apparently a wrapper in her food. Security camera footage showed her putting the wrapper in the food herself before reporting it.
