$1,300 + shipping. I can't justify spending that much on a emulation box. Don't get me wrong It's cool, but you could get a pretty good pc, laptop or a new gaming handheld pc for that kind of money.

I understand the price I truly do , you’re paying for the privilege of having it all just done for you, you could definitely shave some price down doing it yourself, but this is pristine craftsmanship

I just purchased one of these from Jan at Dragonfly. It arrived in Australia fast, safely packed and in perfect condition (I got the Atari variant.) It’s fantastic. Yea, expensive but the build quality is so good and the unit “just works” which is what I paid the premium for. I have two Sindens and they also worked first go. I even emailed them and requested two additional games be installed which they did almost instantly. Anyway just wanted to share my experience as I know people are questioning the value but for me it looks incredible, plays great and does everything I need (and more.) can’t recommend highly enough. It’s indeed a thing of beauty!

Looks like a joystick and console in one. Big Street Fighter fan here.

These guys sure do make works of art. I checked out their products. Their arcade machines look better than most commercial based arcade cabinets after seeing a tear down of this hardware and the hours of labor it takes to make this I'd be happy to pay the cost. It's def not junk we all forget the labor it takes to make these masterpieces ... 😅

This unit is incredible, mine arrived last week and it does not disappoint. The workmanship and build quality is “5 Stars”, the menus are beautifully done and easy to navigate, the game selection is immense and the real retro arcade feel of the commercial parts (joystick, buttons, trackball etc) is as original arcade as you can get.

This unit is literally better than having a full size arcade unit as it’s much smaller, portable and can be connected to any screen (the bigger the better LOL). If you’re looking for an original retro arcade feel and you want the best available, don’t hesitate, l can’t recommend this Ultimate Gamebox enough and the guys at Dragonfly Amusements are really helpful and treat every build like it’s there own, really impressed :)

I purchased a box recently and am thoroughly impressed. Yes it isn't cheap, but when you get it and hold it and check it out, you'll see it is very well made and solid. If you appreciate retro gaming and have some money to spare get one. It came quite quick and was well packaged. All the components are quality. Very happy with it.

People complaining about the price, everything is relative, if you want to buy a car you can purchase a KIA or you can buy a Ferrari, yes they both drive but one is a far better build quality and experience than the other…this is no different, the design, parts and build quality are excellent on this machine, this is literally as good as having you’re own fully equipped arcade box (with commercial components) but without taking up all the floor space of an arcade cabinet…best instant plug and play retro Gamebox available, hats off to the creators :)
