I think your advice is spot on Keegan and something that some men are lacking in their knowledge about life progressions. So many are tempted to take the easiest route that they feel can get results but often it's just a waste of time. Instant results seems to be the goal. Standing back and examining the practical approach as you described is the best game plan. It takes more time to make the small steps work but chances are good it will be more successful. Media has become the big problem because it focuses only on the few who have had instant fame or riches fall from the sky.

Smashing, I endeavour to do this, mainly in my head as opposed to keeping a written record. Perhaps easier now I'm retired. Generally helps me stay focused. Difficulty being, when you're in your "red" zone it's sometimes tough to call out friends and family... thanks Keegan, good to hear your positive vibes
