I was really confused by the "purse" comments 😂 so....the "purse" everyone is talking about is a travel toiletry bag by Hikenture...only thing glamorous inside is an electric toothbrush!

Dude, be careful. Whatever you order, eat half and save the rest for later. Lived here for 20 years, and literally twice the man I use to be.

The two deadbolts are required by Texas code for apartments. One is a normal deadbolt, the other is a keyless deadbolt, so it can only be opened from the inside preventing the landlord or anyone else with the key from accessing the unit while you are inside.

For those that don’t want to watch entire half-hour video to find out why Mike moved to Dallas, he’s partnered in a restaurant opening in Houston and if successful will open a location in Dallas.

I went to Phở Tây Đô at 2:30 yesterday and they were SLAMMED. I talked to the owner and they saw a 30% uptick just from Mikey! WIN!

There should be air conditioning inside of the walls and ceilings.
Lock your balcony door. This one girl had a guy climb up the balconies to break into her second floor apartment

I love that he calls his pectoral muscles "boobs". He is indeed a man of culture. A decent one, mind you.
