As a fellow Lizzie fan I am also devastated that there is now a Descendants counterpart

to be honest I think it be neat to have fairy tales from japen china africa korea etc. not only because I think it be nice to have some diversity In the cast but also It be awesome to have tales like the tale of the bamboo cutter the journey to the west etc.

The only way I see Disney allowing any revival of ever after high is if they are involved and getting a piece of the pie....the biggest piece

i came at this a bit skeptical but you really sold me! cerise and ramona are a plotline i wish we could've seen the ond of. tho i think the "your destiny is inevitable" concept makes a good tragedy, i feel like it undermines the message of the show of choosing your own destiny, that is really important for kids. great video still! will be subscribing :)

As a big fan of Cerise and Ramona I love the idea of having the story focus on them and their bond as sisters. Plus I think it could be fun to have a reveal of the fact they’re sisters. Also if we’re focusing on avoiding the princesses and emphasizing the classic fairytales nothing screams more classic fairy tale to me than little red riding hood.

In my opinion, one reason that Ever After High got cancelled is because Mattel somewhat noticed that fans wrongly associated EAH characters with Disney adults as their parents(Apple White being the daughter of Disney's Snow White, Raven Queen being the daughter of Disney's Evil Queen Grimhilde, Briar Beauty being the daughter of Aurora, Faybelle Thorn being the daughter of Maleficent, Rosabella Beauty being the daughter of Belle, Hopper Croakington II being the son of Tiana, Meeshell Mermaid being the daughter of Ariel, Nina Thumbell being the daughter of Don Bluth's Thumbelina, Crystal Winter being the daughter of Elsa, etc.) and thus decided to end the series because of this, after all Descendants and Ever After High are(almost) the same thing, albeit with a bit different plot. I saw a lot of photos on the internet in which people realize Cruella de Vil's sons in EAH despite Cruella de Vil not being a fairytale character.

okay, hear me out: the main villain of this reboot would be the child of The Boy Who Cried Wolf, and I imagine Mattel would want this to be a female character so... Maybe something like Carolina Shepherd (as the titular boy was a shepherd and a C name for the Cry part of the title.)

Carolina would be the new Duchess of this story. I imagine with the inclusion of the Swan Princess, Duchess would want her story instead of Ashlynn's like in the OG. This leaves a hole for a character that wants to climb ranks-- not just steal their fairytale counterpart's destiny.

Carolina would get sick of people not knowing her fairytale, and so as she notices the chaos that Cerise and Ramona are starting, she takes this as her shot to steal someone else's destiny via the Storybook. She would spend a lot of the show pinning the sisters against each other by manipulating and lying to them, referencing her father's tendency to lie. In her mind, if the entire school is solely focused on Rebels vs Legends, Carolina would be able to snag the Storybook. Of course, it would be revealed the current one is a fake, and so she joins the main cast in order to find it-- Manipulating Cerise into thinking she wants to help in order to free the students from destiny, and manipulating Ramona into thinking she's doing it to ensure Cerise follows her destiny.

Cerise is one of my favorite characters and I was always disappointed the show didn't examine her family dynamics, including Ramona BadWolf, more. A reboot would be perfect for that.
A reboot would also be a perfect chance to make some of the recurrent background characters to get stories of their own, or to create some new characters based on lesser known stories. And I love the idea of pulling in characters from King Arthur, ballets, and other mythologies.

Maybe Raven and Apple could stay relativly similar characters but being instead the daughters of the evil stepmother and the princess from the Wild Swan. It's not as well know as Snow but it still a quite famous tale. The only major change would be that the Apple equivalent would have siblings and be destinated to be way more active in her story.

Another option would be going with non-european fairy tales... Or have a royals versus rebels..... Where the rebels are the local Legends just trying to survive and the royals are the imported stories from the story book

Little Red Riding Hood has always been one of my favorite stories since I was a kid (making Cerise my top 3 characters) SO I LOVE THIS CONCEPT SO MUCH! I would love a video going more into it !!
