I have half a dozen or pre-fashioned twine constrictor knots which I keep on a fat straw. Instead of tying the constrictor knot on the band, I just slip a pre-formed constrictor knot on the band, then tighten it. <br>THWACK!

Been making my own bandset fore a while now. I almost came to the same way of attaching the poach to the bands, but I dont use that notch. And of course, now I have to try that one. Thanks fore the advice. 👍
