1080p is perfectly normal and a good target for that kind of setup, especially if you have a 4k monitor, since it scales perfectly.

You might have heard this before, but you can use Gamescope with upscaling to 4k. It'll give more performance than native 4k with in game fsr.

Dang... I got that same gpu about 6 months ago for $100 on Amazon. Little thing is a workhorse too

My current HTPC is an Optiplex 7010 I believe. Bought it on eBay for $115. Then began the cheap eBay upgrades. First up was the fastest processor the mother board could handle. Then of course max ram. A GeForce HDMI output graphics card. A Blueray DVD burner. An SSD along with the 500gb hard drive it came with for storage. Boots fast and streams everything I've tried to stream. I've found that I use it for more than just streaming movies. I even do my taxes on the 70" screen. Spread everything out on the coffee table, kick back on the comfortable couch, and fill in all of the blanks
