when got around these videos like 6 7 months back it used to feel good during those time made me felt secured although it is just asmr video it is just filled with words that our brain craved and a scenario that our brain created to ease through it and yeah these very pretty useful while falling asleep but now even these dont help anymore and feels shallow so i dont at what stage i am but i hope i get through this😂😊

My wife died just over six years ago and I’ve not slept well since then. I’ve tried everything possible including taking over fifty milligrams of melatonin and I just end up with a headache every night. Then I’m taking excedrin for the headache and the caffeine irritates my stomach
Listening to this is the closest thing to being together with my wife again
We always went to bed like this and either she would say beautiful things to me or I would say them to her
Before we were married we’d drift off to sleep together though she was across the baseball field so we’d have our phones on FaceTime and I’d stay awake until she was asleep
She had some very bad nightmares and she said she felt safe with me
After only two years and one unfortunate miscarriage two months before the pandemic she died
If you have somebody special in your life let them know that. Had my wife lived we’d be together for eight years now and three beautiful daughters
Instead one child died one lives with me and one lives on the street unfortunately we don’t know where she is now
I especially love this video because the heart beats fluctuating with each breath you take
When you inhale your heart speeds up a little and as you exhale the heart beats slow down
Again listening with my headphones on I can hear everything including the cars passing by your house
Must be summer time with your windows open
I’m gonna try closing my eyes now and maybe sleep for the remainder of this video around four hours and forty minutes
Thanks again
I tried everything else to help me sleep this is my last resort
