  Omg after this I found her instagram 😊🎉 she got married and had herself a little family, and still posts her journey being healthy and appreciative of everything since this episode &nbsp;I actually got a little teary eyed. If you didn’t know about the show you’d have no idea she was ever 600 lbs or about what she went through! Just thought id leave this feel good comment here.

  If I was taking care of someone 600 lbs and I know you can walk, you would not be having your plates brought to you.

  Part of me thinks Sarah has done this to herself to get back at her mom. Make her mom wash her, get her food, move with her, etc

  As a recovering heroin addict myself(13 years clean now) this whole situation is a recipe for disaster. There is no way someone who is only two years clean should be taking on something like this. Trying to be the only physical and emotional support for someone this needy could well just end up with both of them relapsing.

  Sarah needs therapy. She has so much anger towards her mother that she is self destructing. &nbsp;Also I want to be like her grandma. She was still very mobile and active. That&apos;s sad when you look at the woman across from her that is probably 40 years younger than her

  Hey SOS gang. <br>Thank i to you all helping me stay motivated I got past my plateau and am under 170 for the first time in 7 years. Almost at a normal BMI, Body Fat down 4%. Down 2 pants sizes. Feels wonderful and loving going to the gym. <br> Lots of you encouraged me to stick with it through the plateau, thanks everyone and have a great weekend! <br>🤿

  I&apos;ve said this before in previous posts. &nbsp;I had the surgery. &nbsp;I traveled. &nbsp;I bought rotisserie chicken and frozen steam veggie packs. &nbsp;It&apos;s doable if a person is determined
