  my mind is broken along with my soul , I don&apos;t know when I&apos;ll give up. I just can&apos;t fight the pain anymore

  I absolutely want to give up today.<br>Im 27 and I&apos;m scared of everything.<br>And no matter what I do, no matter what I achieve.<br>Im not good enough for myself. Never good enough.<br>Everyone around me sees something I don&apos;t see, I can&apos;t see.<br>I have great family, and amazing friends..<br>But I&apos;m pushing them all away.<br>Because I&apos;m turning into a shadow of what I used to be.<br>Im nasty. I&apos;m easily triggered..<br>And my loved ones deserve better.<br><br>I love you all.<br>Please find strength in me talking about my weaknesses.<br><br>I don&apos;t know how to be okay with myself.<br>And I can&apos;t be happy without that<br><br>Best of luck everyone<br>Keep going ❤

  Don&apos;t lose your kindness.. And if you do, fight to get it back. Its the one thing we can look too, to know our lives weren&apos;t lived in vain. We added, not subtracted from this &nbsp;world. Be the good, even if just a little.

  The best revenge is to find someone else, to move on. &nbsp;It will bother the one who dumped you, it really will. &nbsp;And remember the old adage: &nbsp;nothing lasts forever. &nbsp;Your pain will lessen and you will find someone else to love who loves you back in the right way.

  Since my dad passed away on my bday ... nothing has been the same , its been 4 years. Gotten better but still broken ... :( I&apos;ve become from.the happy 24 year old to a sad 29 year old, full of vices and I became all I never wanted to become, I&apos;m stuck and I feel like even if I&apos;m not alone , I actually am, nothing seems to make me just be okay...

  Hey...i know....i am here for similar reasons, we all are. Breathe. Just try to breathe for a moment. It doesn&apos;t get rid of the pain, but it will let you know that you are still alive. That you are still here. That is all that you need to focus on right now. Just be here, be here now. Thank you for being.
