Good story. The only thing I would have changed is the fact that they never told who the man was that sent for her and didn’t show. In a town that small, you would most likely know who did that.

Retired Air Force from Pahrump, NV originally from Belize 🇧🇿, on Sunday 09/27/26 at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuQaK2tWthM&t=474">7:54</a>. Wonderful frontier love story showing Rebecca as a mail-order bride that no-one came to claim her. We never found out if he died, changed his mind or if it was a sick joke. Thank goodness Jonah offered her a job as housekeeper taking care of his three children. This was a good story with a happy ending. ❤

Retired Air Force from Pahrump, NV originally from Belize 🇧🇿, on Monday 09/28/26 at 1:34pm. This was a wonderful frontier story showing that Ai does make lot's of mistakes but one I noticed was Josephine couldn't possibly cook for 200 cattlemen all by herself not to forget the size of pot's needed. I loved that she took notice of everything and made adjustments without asking permission or notified Wade who was the trail boss. Josephine definitely knew her worth and she was ambitious with goals that she didn't allow anyone or anything to change her mind. Enjoyed the whole story. ❤

some glaring editing problems-- just a cpl: it was never revealed what "ghost" sent for Rebecca. & like when Ashford put the squeeze on Hale. He 1st said he'd sell Hale the land the barn was on (Hale's own land), for an exorbitant price. Then, seconds later, he said he'd already sold it. Good editing would catch these things... bad editing really ruins a story for me. I'll skip the rest of this. I listen to the wild west stories to escape filthy language & expllicit garbage but, I still want them written & edited well.
