Many actors played multiple parts. For example, all the castles in the movie were played by one castle.

The hidden joke in the Beast of Caerbannog 🐇 is that medieval manuscripts are filled with illustrations of rabbits with weapons. Not sure what calmed them down, but in the dark ages those bunnies were dangerous 😉

The first great deconstruction of the movie industry. So many 4th walls were broken, they openly call scenes scenes, even the end is a literal cop out. More meta than Deadpool.

One thing I want to point out. Arthur had nothing to do with the death of the Historian. That Knight actually had a HORSE. The only one in the whole movie. All the times I have watched this movie and it didn't dawn on me until after 30 years later.

You're going to love life of Brian. It's the next movie they did and yes it's similar humor. Also they said they didn't like filming this as it was just cold and wet the entire time.
