  Gonna be honest, I have a very light eating disorder and the past fews week have been quite rought. I have constant nightmare about macro nutriments, calories, shame and guilt about food. A few days ago I woke up in the middle of the night because of the hunger and the overwheming sens of guilt. &nbsp;After hours of watching brain rotting &apos;&apos;fitness influencers&apos;&apos; content, the YouTube algorithm &nbsp;gave me this video.<br> <br>I still have to finish the video (since I fall asleep in the middle all the time), but this video did wonders for my nightmare. I slept very well and I don&apos;t feel the anger, disgust and shame towards candy and sweets &nbsp;like I was feeling last week. Thank you very much for this video it help me a lot. Good night and sweet dream everyone !

  I have to say, I just adore the new little skits at the beginning of these videos. You bring such a unique charm to asmr that’s difficult to find anywhere else, and it’s just lovely to see how dedicated you are to the craft.
