Obviously, Ofc Batson is more dangerous than a criminal terrorist. He should not be an officer and should be sent to jail. A dept investigating itself is a gross conflict of interest.

If a police officer blatantly lies about their use of force on official paperwork, their qualified immunity should be revoked and they should be prosecuted for their unlawful use of force.
