Imagine a new bit called the "Second Death" where you use the dead ringer but killbind the moment the cloak runs out. Preferably right behind someone to jumpscare them with the decloak sound

I don't see the problem here, this isn't that different from the normal spy experience. Waiting five minutes to get anything done and dying instantly the moment someone touches you.
