  I actually like him just walking around and talking. I mean the interview videos are also cool, but it&apos;s actually interesting when an actual Japanese person explains the facts and stories about the place from their experience and point of view.

  My wife and I stayed in a love hotel for 4 hours once because we just needed a nap before the flight to our next destination. It worked a charm and was quite cheap haha!

  My family and I were there last year not knowing it was a red light district. &nbsp;We were looking for the Mega Don Quixote and went through this place during the daytime. &nbsp;Interesting video.

  Kabukicho is absolutely wild at night, especially on weekends, the energy and the neon lights. I never drank there or engaged in any red light stuff but just being there and strolling at night is a wild experience.

  Have visited Kabukicho during the day...the Godzilla street. Went into that Donqi too. I went back at night to Golden Gai and it was amazing. Probably the most authentic Japanese experience that caters to the international crowd--it&apos;s a bunch of izakaya (hundreds) all in a row down these small alleyways. Each one holds maybe 5-10 people at most. I went there meaning to bar hop but ended up staying in the first one I sat down in. Sparked a conversation with a couple from Europe (woman from England, guy from Germany), then another couple came in (woman from France, guy from Japan), then a Dutch guy came in. The bartender was wearing a WWE shirt so we started talking about wrestling with the other Japanese man, and it was just an amazing atmosphere. It was just me as a solo traveler interacting with people from 5 other countries outside of my own in a tiny bar--a night I&apos;ll never forget.

  Golden Gai is popular because it&apos;s fun to say Golden Guy.<br>A lot of guys like to go to Bangkok and Phuket Thailand, too.<br>If you called it &quot;Tokutei zōkaichiku tō jutaku karireikin tō tokubetsu kōjo&quot; no one would go.
