I research, but then book directly with the airline, because when multiple parties are involved it's easier to dodge responsibility.

i like the video. but i did not understand the disclaimer about the video not being sponsored, when there is an affiliation with the daildrop pro group. that part did not feel transparent at all to me. maybe "i am affiliated with them, but i honstly use them" would have being a more transparent presentation than what i got in the video.

I recall that skiplagged was on the naughty list for many carriers... if you do this (in some cases once, or) a few times, the airlines catch on and ban you from their flights. Proceed at your own risk.

David, this is a very valuable video. I had been trying to find a way to pick a destination but not a specific origin. Now I’m seeing some really good prices. Thanks.

One hiccup with Kiwi though is that I was not able to use Asia as a valid origin, but yes this is exactly what I was looking for and was missing with Google Flights, thanks for the tip!. Also yes, never ever ever book through third party, been there done that and learned some hard lessons, never again. I always book direct with the airline.

Very helpful stuff! I have booked 3rd party with cruise travel and it has worked fine, but I have heard and read horror stories and always prefer to book direct!
