The “I’ll hold on to today to train harder tomorrow,” attitude is what makes this man so powerful. Seriously.

Minho please do not be so hard on yourself about your singles HYROX performance. Other athletes suffered from that intense heat also , a lot failed to finish, but you completed it. You always give 100% effort in everything you do, it does not go your way everytime, I am sure your determination and strong spirit will carry you forward. We love your gungho attitude. Stay well, stay fit and above all, be happy Minho. You make us very proud and happy.💖💖🔥👌👏🤩😘😍💖💖

The only idol I know who has a strong will in all trials and has a strong mind and never gives up and another thing is that he doesn't care about his appearance and what others say about him as long as he focuses on his goal and what makes him happy. He has also already made history in HYROX as an idol ❤ Good job Minho don't be upset you did very well 👏

Honestly doing this twice is an amazing thing on it's own. Singapore heat really hits, I had a hard time just walking around. I feel like the double race helps a bit, because you have a partner you push through with. Congratulations on the win to both of you 🎉🎉🎉
