Thank you for the honest "real world' video, we all realize sharing takes time and thank you for that. It is natural to want to bring the kitchen sink... so the the what not to bring is great and the auto inflator isn't a luxury, especially at the amount of space it takes up. Thanks for the video. - Stan

Interesting video, I am building my Defender 110 pick up with polyester box for an overland vehicle. Have to discover what to bring yes or not to my first trip this summer.

Your Dometic fridge comes standard with a Posi-Fit plug… unscrew the end of the cigarette plug to expose the two pins and the Posi-Fit location prong.<br>Not many people are aware of this… it’s the exact same system that Engel uses for all of its 12v fridges because it can’t accidentally become disconnected or unplugged.

Great practical video thanks, just going through the same exercise myself. After years of traveling in a more modern vehicle I have not used all those bolts nuts connectors wire bits and bobs etc I am seriously considering not taking them along anymore

I bought the Ecoflow powerbank with the alternator charger. Just magic and charges the powerbank so quickly. I did not want solar panels. I am pretty sure Bluetti now sells then too so you get rid of the solar panels.
