I noticed I made a mistake. I was going to say Grandpa Rays youngest son, Winston’s youngest brother. I mixed the two up and said Winston’s brother. My nerves got to me a little. But correction. My husband Joseph is the youngest of Ray Blackmore’s sons.

Another great interview Jaden! I love that Lenora has so much love and grace for those around her. After being raised in the FLDS, her ability to self reflect and to encourage her children to find their own path is remarkable.

My grandparents lived right next to Bountiful. I was always intrigued by the people there, and I agree with Leona, it is the most beautiful place on earth ❤<br>Thanks Jaden and Leona for the great interview

Being 15, or 16, or 12 (!), thinking you're ready for marriage, and wanting to get married is a far cry from actually being ready. Not to mention actually being mature enough to make that decision in the first place. The fact that Leona's dad were okay with it, and just put the marriage ball in rolling because his girl said so, just speaks to the harmful mentality, and teachings of cults like FLDS where children are being parentified. Meanwhile, as a contrast to how children are treated, once they actually are grown-up, and actually capable of making decisions of their own, they're infantilized.<br><br>Thank you, Jaden, and Thank you, Leona for speaking out, and speaking up.<br>I'm just 20 minutes in or so, but as you can see above: this interview has already engaged me enough to write [what I'm pretty sure is] my first response despite having been a subscriber for ... well, since you talked with Amanda Rae 8 months ago.<br>Love your channel. I appreciate this interview because it allows people living in high control environments to see that life can have softer options and they can have autonomy, flexibility, and choice. It gives individuals in high control spaces a small glimpse that their silo isn’t just the norm and binding.

Jaden, you are doing really well at making things connect with your life but also getting out of the way and letting Leona tell her story. The roles of interviewer vs interviewee can be hard to figure out, especially when you are related to the story. <br><br>Leona, you are brave and strong. You are also being loving and kind to both your husband and sister wife. I am glad your children are doing well.
