  A few years ago I had a two-hour nosebleed at night and wife had to call the paramedics. &nbsp;I came into the emergency room on a stretcher, shirtless, covered with blood, giddy from lack of sleep and blood loss. &nbsp;I remember waving a cheery &quot;Hiiiiiii!&quot; as I was wheeled in. They kept asking me if I&apos;d been in a bar fight.

  My father was a paramedic for a long time before becoming an ER Doctor, he has many stories but will point out that everyone has the same story of “accidentally falling” onto the the thing in their rectum. He even did a school presentation once in one of my health classes and brought a bunch of X-rays, you would not believe how large of an item you can fit up there.<br><br><br>(Just incase you didn’t get it, 99% of the time, it’s not an accident)

  He is correct at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TStIILlOBtA&amp;t=221">3:41</a>. It’s actually not recommended to pee on a jellyfish sting because it could trigger unfired stinging cells (nematocysts) to release more venom.
