It’s funny when people realize just how long this show is and that it’s still going 😂 like a new season just dropped last week 😅

Short answer to the question on the thumbnail; it's what you get when you take a show that was supposed to last for only 2 seasons, stretch it to 10 seasons (granted, seasons 8-10, are freaking phenomenal), then keep on going and now we're at (counting the dragons rising sequel series on netflix that has 3 seasons) 19 seasons. That's how.

28:31 It actually lasted until 2025. We are waiting for the new season to come out. We’re up to like almost 20 seasons now.

Fun fact, it was supposed to just be the two pilots

and then it was supposed to be two seasons,

and it’s was supposed to be four seasons,

then it was supposed to be five seasons,

then six

then there was a seven season and the art style was rebooted for season eight through 10

then it changed studios after season 10 and changed art styles again (that’s where you get the cartoon flashbacks instead of normal Lego for season 11 through 16)

and then after season 16 it went from being Lego Ninjago masters of Spinjitzu to Lego Ninjago dragons rising, which currently has two seasons and we’re waiting on the third

Short answer: Ninjago is like an anime in every possible way, including the bad ways

Yeah, Ninjago is LEGO’s main original, story-based theme, a role previously served by BIONICLE.

Since the first spinjitsu master had the powers of creation, he most likely used his powers to form his sons

A story based show that's still going over a decade later was sure to have a lot of mythology shaping it's world. Glad you are looking at LEGO stuff now by the way, I have been wanting an excuse to tackle Bionicle and Ninjago's stories for a long time. Might save the Bionicle stuff for much later though since the best video I could find on that is way too long.

Ninjago power scaling is even more complicated. Whoever wrote the Kaos vs Lord Vortech Fan Battle episode thinks that the Overlord's only ability is to free beings from crystals and that a Chompy can defeat the Overlord. In that episode they offed the Overlord very quickly, he only did one thing.

Yeah ninjago is still going. A new season just came out a few days ago. Tom Critic has a series where he reviews every season of ninjago. It’s a pretty good way to get a recap that is a little bit more in depth.

The realm of madness is a realm of evil, he bathed himself in its power to gain the ability to possess all four golden weapons at once anyone else is unable to do so they don’t weld enough power.

Ninjago is actually still ongoing to this day with a sequel series. Season 3 part 1 just release and part 2 is set to release in September. It doesn't seem like Ninjago will end soon or at least a couple years
