  The picture of the man reefers to Japanese author and creator of private militia Yuiko Mishima. He committed seppuku after failed coup in the 70s. On the right side there is a small illustration of St. Sebastian. As far as I remember Mishima have mentioned that seeing portrait depicting saints martyrdom as a boy brought his first homosexual attraction that mixed with death which most likely was a factor in the way he died.
