Pol, I see that you already mastered the sounds of these accents: dấu sắc, dấu hỏi and dấu nặng. Now, you need to master dấu huyền. Never mind about dấu ngã. Southern Vietnamese don't use dấu ngã in speaking, only for northern Vietnamese, then you are qualified for a Vietnamese speaking efficiency level certificate.
