The original cape was rubberized wool. Keaton said it was crazy heavy!

It has such a commanding presence. Tim Burtons batsuits are what I see in my head when thinking about Batman. Iconic!!

We should give credit to Carl Newman, he was a ballet dancer who was hired as double for movement. A lot of the scenes in the movie with Batman were Carl’s and many of the promotional photos are also him. He gave Batman 1989 his iconic movements and he’s such a lovely nice guy.

With the exception of "Bat-neck," this is, without doubt, the <b>best</b> Batman costume. No matter how many times it is re-done, the Keaton '89 suit will always be the one to compare. 😁

The 89 suit had that dirty leathery look to it. The 92 suit looked a bit too clean and glossy. The 89 suit looked scary especially in lighted areas.
