  Nothing is contributing to inflation other than the expansion of the money / credit supply. Prices are rising as a result of that inflation and supply/demand.

  Social Security is already effectively means-tested to a significant degree. Higher-income retirees can have up to 85% of their benefits included in taxable income, and they pay substantially higher Medicare Part B and Part D premiums through IRMAA. On top of that, the Social Security benefit formula is already progressive, replacing a much larger share of earnings for lower-income workers.

  Darrell, a better way to have asked Danielle regarding her outlook on Gold, after she explained her &quot;deflationary core outlook relative inflation&quot; is to challenge her to explain how a deflationary demand destruction process actually raises the price of gold! What price level of Gold does she anticipate? What about Silver? &nbsp;She hasn&apos;t discussed her forecast upon the US dollar, whether it will strengthen, weaken, and its very evident relationship with the price of gold. There were a lot of holes in this interview. You can do better.

  Hey I’m from the NYC. , CT, NJ Atlanta , St. John’s Fl &amp; Siesta Key florida Sarasota . <br>Moved to Darasots Siesta in 2016. <br> Renovated home 5 rooms painted . I did 2 rooms , we tiled . = 5000. &nbsp;Now same thing 10,000<br>Taxes 3000. Now 7500. &nbsp;Property insurance 800. Now 4600. <br> &nbsp;Now we just started a biz in handyman . Florida is so backwards !!! Handyman is not A GC can’t do jobs for over 1000<br>Costs are ridiculous ! Gas at 4-4.50 a gallon <br>Local wages 16-30 hr. <br>Absolutly not sustainable . <br>The bill for 1000. Needs to stay in line with inflation . Contractors too much $$$ for simple work and simple work too much labor and not enough pay for owner and consumer loses
