  Here I am half way through 2026 to reflect on the fact she now uses her mobility scooter to get to her front door and wears her CPAP when she's awake.

  I honestly believe her when she says she would rather die fat and eating the food she loves. Than living a long life eating healthy food. It’s pretty sad when you think about it. I would feel bad for her if she weren’t so vile in every other aspect of life.

  The decline is so severe and rapid, she looks fit and agile before. If I were her, I’d be terrified.

  A lot of people are ignoring her untreated diseases. Long term lack of treatment for her diabetes can lead to diabetic neuropathy. Diabetic neuropathy is nerve damage that occurs in half of diabetics patients. It most often targets the feet and legs. Which can cause amputation of both if left untreated. This damage can render the foot or leg unusable, often causing a dragging like you see foodie doing. “Over time, high blood glucose (sugar) levels can damage the small blood vessels that supply the nerves in your body. This stops essential nutrients reaching the nerves. As a result, the nerve fibres can become damaged, and they may disappear.”

  Wow.  It only took 3ish months of summer to go from running around to now dragging her leg while barely walking and hyperventilating
