  I would actually love to see a move speed Locke build that's all about maximizing his move speed when his W is active. Becoming the blue blur, running in and out of fights. Great vs Skillshot champs, terrible against Pantheon.

  GG! Locke seems like he might benefit from the added mobility and ability haste from cosmic drive or rocketbelt. Either would help with all ins or escapes, especially since his Q slows so much on its own.

  I feel like even building AD/HP on him would work, because even if your abilities stop doing damage they still have a lot of utility that allows you to engage them, ranged slow, move speed/attack speed/ heal, dashe that can go over walls and an execute with slow that stacks, It surely won't be as good as the usual AP but I legitimately think it would work

According to Google Locke isn&apos;t supposed to get that kind of Evelynn interaction while stealthed, unless that&apos;s an intentionally coded Hard Counter against Evelynn.

  The nail ability being constantly up seems like a lot of fun. &nbsp;I am interested in seeing him try to top lane as a bruiser. &nbsp;He&apos;s kinda pseudo-ranged so might be very annoying as long as you hit and run.<br><br>Weirdly he might make a decent support. &nbsp;You&apos;d want him with an ADC that doesn&apos;t need as much peel, but the constant poke along with the sudden executes could work.
