  I have learned alot from your videos. I live in East Africa Maasai land and my lot is very green throughout the year. Only problem albeit a good one..is that every bird has to stop by and give me a song before proceeding on😊

  This technique makes a lot of sense too. When you add long lateral curves, you slow the speed of water down by a lot. You can also do that with space shuttles and certain planes: they make long-winded S-curves to slow down as they come down to land. Fluid dynamics applied in this manner is really innovative. Keep up the good work Andrew!

  You’re videos get me so jazzed! I wanna go back to my farm right now and start working on water restoration on my land. It’s 4 hectares in Botswana. The ground is rock hard and it’s been completely taken over by vegetation that thrives in bone dry environments

  This is a most excellent video! It brings together so many elements and efforts (Water Stories, Rotational Grazing, NEIGHBORS) proving that we have the power to make our lands lush again.<br><br>&quot;It&apos;s not how much rain you get; It&apos;s how much stays.&quot;<br><br>I now wonder what the uphill neighbor thinks about the rain and soil washing out of his lands.

  I&apos;ve always imagined a system like this my entire life just I live in the city but at the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJ3DUI7NvNk&amp;t=6">0:06</a> second mark. I was so happy seeing a blueprint. I screamed in joy. <br><br>Like on the sides of the streams , I would plant, fruit trees and beneficial cover crops to provide shade while the roots penetrate deep into the earth decreasing erosion and allowing the water to penetrate deeper.

  I’m learning a lot from your videos and implementing them at a small farm in Northeastern Brazil, the Semidesert area. I’ve fenced an area that’s running wild with growth in contrast to its dry surroundings and I plan on expanding it to the whole property.

  If she ever needs to drill for water because of severe drought conditions she now can as there is an abundance. This system not only helps with the normal water situation, it also helps building up a store for leaner times.

  This is pretty much the Tank Cascade system in Ancient Sri Lanka utilised in a small scale. There&apos;s a large network man made reservoirs and interconnecting canals that still exists today which collect the seasonal monsoon rain and raise the water table in the surrounding land. &nbsp;they pretty much transformed the entire northern half country from a semi arid ecosystem to the breadbasket of southeast Asia until 1000 years ago.
