In Yandex Taxi, the fare is known in advance. If a driver asks for more, he’s just trying to cheat inexperienced foreigners. File a complaint right in the Yandex app, and he’ll lose his job.

Sorry but this hotel is far from being the best in Moscow. Not even in top 2. The best hotel in the city is arguably Lotte Hotel, the most iconic is definitely Hotel Ukraina. Then you also have Hotel Metropol. Four Seasons is really just that luxury hotel beside Red Square, but it wouldn't be considered close to being the best.

Actually, the historic hotel building was demolished in the early 2000s, and the current hotel was built on the same site in 2013. From the outside it looks the same, but inside everything is different and modern.
