  The &apos;fact we don&apos;t stop &amp; lay hands &amp; pray reveals we don&apos;t (truly) believe &apos;(<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TH3Cnk4ZpAw&amp;t=74">1:14</a>)-THATS HUGE! Jesus said &apos;if u love me u will obey my commands&apos;...laying hands on the sick is His command. May all Christians take hold of this &amp; DO IT!

  For Chosen John, I totally agree with your statement according to what the &quot;church&quot; has taught us for generations but Dan addresses these carnal misconceptions in the first 10 minutes of this video, right after communion. I won&apos;t go into the scriptures that clearly debunk our weak outlook on the &quot;same power that is in us that resurrected Jesus from the dead&quot;, but he shares a few that nail it down.<br><br> I&apos;ve been quadriplegic from a diving accident for 30 years and 15 years ago God spoke loudly &quot;you need to learn how to RECEIVE My healing, My power has always been there but your guys just don&apos;t get it&quot;. I know without a doubt that it was Him that spoke and I sought out all the healing info and chased healers for years, looking for that power but was hitting the same ole brick walls with excuses like you are discussing and my condition has become worse and worse til it is life-threatening, not to mention life-robbing! But Dan is the first one that has connected the dots to what the Father was telling me and I am running to Truth again and seeing the real issues that Dan explains as Self and double-mindedness that has caused us to stumble all over this most important and desperately needed ministry tool for the true Church. I have so much visual and historical info bombarding me every minute of the day and don&apos;t know that i will ever reach that moment of ridding myself of unbelief, but I need strong believers like Dan and his students to be that Believer standing in the gap for me. (God knows)<br><br>Please take another look and listen carefully, there are countless millions of your brothers and sisters that need us to walk in one accord so we won&apos;t just keep dying off like the rest of the world.

  Yes the disciples are part of family and nations ...they where the beginning of the church and all believers....Jesus entrusted things to them and now to us.

  So when i prayed believing and the healing didn&apos;t happen and that caught me by surprise - what went wrong? I truly believed that who i was praying for would be healed and they weren&apos;t. So now I&apos;ve had a negative experience in praying and believing and now I&apos;m really messed up. There&apos;s now a reason to doubt. 😢

  For Gazgandalf - Two things to remember when studying word structure and meaning with translation. First, context is primary in importance, and second, the words given in definition are written from their contextually found usage historically. In other words, you have to get context understood before you assess, because context is used in order to give you the multiple definitions you found.<br><br>So, contextually speaking, &quot;kind&quot; is a perfectly applicable word for describing a family/type/genre of unbelief. There&apos;s more than one, scripturally. What is this type? Natural unbelief. This is the most deeply rooted type. It is based on physical inputs completely disagreeing with what you proclaimed. If God says you are healed, but your pain says you are not, you are dealing with faith in God&apos;s word vs faith in your feelings/inputs/pains/observations. There is one way to cut that type of unbelief out, and that is by pressing into God&apos;s presence, revealing that spirit man, and cutting away the importance and obedience to your physical inputs. This is what fasting does. You literally practice saying to your body, &quot;you don&apos;t need that right now. You&apos;ll be just fine&quot; even though your body is screaming at you that it HAS to have that food, or this drink, etc. <br><br>What are other types? Well, wrong theology is a simple and easy demonstration of a different type of unbelief. A person who believes it is God&apos;s will to promote sickness in some people has unbelief not based on physical inputs. That kind/family/genre of unbelief is easily fixed with an open heart allowing God&apos;s word to prune out those dead branches. It doesn&apos;t even take fasting. Just a willingness to let it go. Simple as that. There are others, but I think I&apos;ve clarified it for ya.<br><br>Next, let&apos;s look at the logic of it. <br>Did Jesus stop and fast before casting it out? No.<br>If he did it in advance, does he have a pool that was being drained? A fasting pool?<br>How does one know when there is enough &quot;Saved up&quot;? <br><br>If there are ranks of demons being discussed here, did or did not Jesus have authority of ALL the works of the enemy? <br>At which rank would a demon suddenly be allowed to stand boldly before the power of God almighty? The answer to all of this is simple - it&apos;s not what Jesus is saying. Demons are under his feet. All of them. Every single one. We are free because we know the Truth, and that&apos;s the first thing the Truth loves to do - set you free.<br><br>I hope this blesses you and empowers you to make the devil run from ya like he is supposed to do!<br><br><br>

  The Jesus gave the disciples power to do these things....and didn&apos;t give power to anyone else....so Jesus is referring to the disciples at that moment.

  Dan mentions, &quot;But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.&quot; Matthew <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TH3Cnk4ZpAw&amp;t=1041">17:21</a>. He says this refers not to the demon which possessed the child but the disciples lack of faith. However, the word &apos;kind&apos; (1085. genos Strongs )in both Matthew and Mark refer to, &apos;Family, off-spring, nation, race, generation.&apos;<br><br>So it cannot refer to the disciples lack of faith which needs to be greater. An example of this word in context is In Mark <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TH3Cnk4ZpAw&amp;t=446">7:26</a> &quot;Now the woman was a Gentile, of the Syrophoenician race.&quot;<br><br>Can anyone clarify this for me please? I really enjoy listening to all of Dan&apos;s stuff, I&apos;ve listened to them all, but I&apos;m stuck here.<br><br>Thanks to anyone who can help
