This is literally the specialty I’ve been looking for! I liked ortho but I didn’t want to be a surgeon, liked plastic because of the in clinic procedures, liked anesthesia but it didn’t feel personal enough, and wanted to do something that worked directly with patients. I’m a super patient and optimistic person! This sounds perfect. Thank you for making this video!

This just gave me so much clarity. I'm a third-year DO student, and I really hadn't had that "aha!" moment for what I want to pursue. I've just been coasting through rotations. I know what topics I like and the lifestyle I want, but this seems to be the speciality that encompasses everything I'm looking for in a career and with patient care.
