It's almost 5 in the morning, I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

I'm 5th gen., cherokee. My ancestors are from blueridge mtns., N.C. I Play the flute, paint, and writing a book a book about my life. My son and daughter can do with it as they wish. Life has been full of abuse, pain and suffering. Everyone has lived with this. I'm 70 a widow and I feel at peace knowing I'm finally able to forgive and put all the pain behind me. I listen to native music for it is spiritual like myself. Their songs are healing, the love of nature, and love for Gods beautiful gift of life for all his creations. Remember God is pure love all creations everyone and everything is his love. Be kind, giving just a friendly smile will bring joy to a stranger. Then this will pass on and on creating positive energy. Always pray for everyone, but more than anything love one another. My brothers and sisters I truly love you, know your in my prayers. I wish for your heart to be blessed with peace and happiness in your spiritual journal.❤

This video has saved me, I never write comments on YouTube videos but this has cured my intrusive thoughts during revision and making exam notes. I've had half term for the past week and only got the bare minimum done, but after these videos I've completed over 400 pages of reading in 6 hours. Thank you! :)

Wooden flute/flute have soul healing & therapeutic powers.Absolutely beautiful♡ when I can't sleep because of my mind..this helps put my mind to sleep.I've listened to the flute since a child. Unfortunately, I endured severe neglect & abusive my whole childhood. I went to my first pow wow around 6 years old & heard the flute..It was the first time in my life that I had ever felt comfort♡ Now as an adult, this beautiful sound still comforts my soul. Thank you. Blessings to you!
