"If you should die before me ask if you can bring a friend" 😢 That line gets me every single time.  Great album, and great reaction Molly! 👏👏

That iconic one two punch of Interstate  Love Song and Still Remains 🫠. Still Remains is my favorite STP song, I'm glad you enjoyed it

Critics hated STP when they first came out - but they were an immediate fan favorite.   By far one of the greatest rock/grunge bands from the 90s.    They still make great music  but it's just not the same w/o Weiland

STPs versatility is unmatched...to go from southern style vocals in interstate to sounding punk in army ants is just incredible

"My Second Album" is sung by Washington musician Richard Peterson, who makes/sells his own music. This was the first song on his second album (shocker), and STP used to listen to his music before going on stage. Since this is their second album, they thought it would be great to include it. Richard Peterson gets $10,000 for every million copies of Purple sold.

It’s crazy and impressive how different STP sounded in only 2 years from core.

My favourite album of the 90's and there was some stiff competition too. Definitely in contention for my favourite album of all time, an absolutely perfect album from start to finish.
