You knocked me out of the bo1 play-in by surgical extracting all of my hallowed fountains. Ouch, GG!

You've explained your thought processes so well here. Easily the most educational magic content I've ever seen.

Can't speak for what Jund's optimal strategy will be, but as a Mardu Lurrus player in this format, current sideboard meta against Turbo Reanimator is 4x Faerie Macabre in the sideboard over Surgical Extraction, since the Turbo player is almost always packing the full Daze/Force suite post board. Giving up Lurrus as companion is considered an acceptable sacrifice for the uncounterable graveyard hate since games against Turbo are usually decided early enough for late-game value from Lurrus not to matter that much.

REID! Hope you're doing well my man. Was just thinking about you. I've been watching a lot of your paper matches from older tournaments. You're still the man

Not sure if you’ll see this Mr.Duke but I LOVE your commentary and how you explain to us your thoughts and concerns second by second, this is how I feel most mtg content should be (granted I’m speaking as a competitive person and not as a casual which I can be too) I feel this entire video is a prime example of how to teach players “how” to think.
