まず開幕で、頭までしっかり覆う様な帽子をかぶっているところに熱意やお客様に向き合ってることを感じました。<br>最近のオシャレなパン屋さん、作る人が何も帽子を被っていない人多いイメージありますので…<br><br>あと、なんの機械かは分かりませんが、ビープ音がずっとなってるのが、すごく「ぽい」ですよね(伝わるかな…😂)<br><br>冷凍されてるクロワッサンが出てきた時、なんだか嬉しくなりました😂今からいい色になれよ〜と小さな応援したくなりますよね😅
