  It&apos;s best to just be yourself. &nbsp;No point saying no you can&apos;t change the date if you genuinely don&apos;t mind just being natural. &nbsp;If your boundaries are not natural but acted she&apos;s going to find out later anyway you can&apos;t keep up an act forever. &nbsp;Just be honest from the start

  I rather take the Jocko approach on this one. She cancels last minute? Good, more time to work out. Good, more time to work on myself. Good, more time to finish whatever project I&apos;m working on. Good, more time to find someone better.

  You don&apos;t need the music. To me the background music is annoying. I would get rid of the music. But if you really feel like you have to have music, then at least turn it way down to where it&apos;s barely noticeable. I usually avoid videos that have music in the background like this one, unless the music is hardly noticeable. &nbsp;I hope this helps you!

  This is correct . It actually happened with me. When we first met , I was the anxious and insecure one. Over the next two years I started to be calm and secure and no over texting trying to understand her . I start to hold a boundary and she went nuts. She was over texting me when I go out and she started to panic that I am too claim and said I was seeing others, which I was not . I was always available when she called. <br><br>I told her , “remember when we first started seeing each other and I was an insecure thing ( she was gorgeous and was attracting attention ), you told me , be a better man and all others who are trying to get her attention and you won’t feel insecure? Well I did. Now here was calm and have boundary and I respected her decisions and we talked about all things and no one was bowing down . That scared her that what I had become was now very attractive to other women.
