  Spider-Man 2099 has one of the best Spider-Man costumes his 1st one is just iconic and classic and his 2nd one is one of the best redesigns ever, we need more Spider-Man 2009 stories

  I really hope they make a game solely based on Miguel someday. His character, his costume, his motivations, his universe, everything about this Spidey is just so… enthralling

  I never knew much about Spiderman 2099. And this is just some of the most depressing things happen to one hero. The fact that he still ultimately held on to be a good and not becoming a villain is amazing.

  Miguel is the classic example of a hero that goes from full of themself capitalist nightmare, to for the people, and actually makes it somewhat meaningful

  If you combined & enhanced to perfection all the best Spidey abilities, then you'd hve the best Non-Cosmic powerset in comics

  If you haven&apos;t read the comics you wouldn&apos;t know the significance of the Goblin that was murdered.<br><br>That was Jennifer D&apos;Angelo, a Catholic priest (women cam be priests and get married in 2099) who ministers to the people of Downtown so Miguel not only has a lot of respect for her for that, but she&apos;s also Dana&apos;s sister. So this wasn&apos;t just a random woman playing the Sinister Six, this was a friend he had a lot of respect for and who was almost his sister-in-law.<br><br>Yeah. Miguel REALLY can&apos;t catch a break.

  Spider-Man 2099 has always been my 2nd favorite Spider-Man. The differences between him and Peter made for a refreshing new spin

  I loved Spidey 2099 and Batman Beyond as a kid and still do. Just knowing that the heroic concept kickstarted by Peter and Bruce would outlive them (in the classic art outlives the artist way) was super cool.

  Thor 2099 having a suit emblem as an arrow pointing at his head is probably the funniest joke snuck into a design i seen in a comic, it completely embodies his character too
