  Dear Chula , Watched the programme from the beginning to the end. My heatiest congratulations , for a job well done, and delivering a wonderful massage , very successfully , to our people ! <br> <br>There is no need for you to apologize , as &nbsp;you covered all the required areas, according to a well-planned theme, clearly and eloquently , &nbsp;in flawless &nbsp;Sinhala language , without pretentious accents . I am sure you left your audience with a better understanding about this less advertised, yet life and death conditions. &nbsp;You described the basic symptoms, awareness of the key symptoms, coming to a doctor and following the advices to the dot without running here and there wasting precious time. You touched on the treatment methods, and the surgeon’s option to do the procedure urgently or in an organized manner.<br> <br>I am proud of the way you presented yourself to the country , impeccably attired, decently postured , looking &nbsp;very &nbsp;smart and &nbsp;dependable. In my honest opinion, it was a 100% successful programme. So try to keep this, as educating the public also is a part of a responsible clinician!<br> <br>One parting advice, enjoy the results of your hours and hours of toiling without expecting accolades or gratitude from your patients, relatives, the Health Ministry or the general population. Enjoy what you do and do it for your satisfaction only . Do not work for appreciations! Sri Lankans are not a tribe with this virtue!<br> <br>Well done Chula!
