The Wedgewood plates are from a series of 12 called 'American Sailing Ships' produced in the 1950's. They're collectable

The brown wood stock is for a Mini-14. They go for decent money on e-bay (nothing crazy but probably north of $100)

They are fly fishing flys hot lurers. The alumimium thing you put to scrap looks like the top for the german lamp. The empty brass firerd 7mm cases can be reloaded.
