  As you mention at the end, I don&apos;t think winning the lawsuit was ever the point; the goal was to punish Coffeezilla, which he did successfully. He made Coffeezilla cease his reporting for two years, and cost him a lot of time, money, and stress. And Paul only looks bad to people who actually understand what he did; his backers will continue to support him and throw money into his next scam.

  Coffee&apos;s videos are still up, so that tells us a lot about who &quot;won&quot; in the broader context<br><br>EDIT: Seems he did indeed have to take down a couple, including the refund video (thanks to commenters for noticing!) - at least the main scam investigation videos are still up for now

  Coffee made a point that this lawsuit wasn&apos;t intended to win but to shut him up about other investigations and to hurt him financially. Anything other than a complete win for coffee and for Paul to have to reimburse him for legal fees (however unrealistic that might be irl) is unfortunately a win for Paul.
