  I’ve got atleast 25 sun and moon era ETB’s stuffed to the brim in my closet and never even realized a bulk market existed 🤦‍♂️

  As a primarily-bulk-seller, I agree. The market is getting a lot of new sellers, but it’s seeing turnover just as fast. Everybody likes the idea of having a ton of cards and thinks it’s going to be a cakewalk, but even with all of the technology, it’s still extremely time consuming. Machines don’t condition the &nbsp;tens of thousands of cards one has to go through to make a few hundred bucks. I think it’s appealing because it’s a low entry way to try starting a business in a hobby so many of us are passionate about, but it’ll be interesting to see who’s still around in 6 months.

  I do love buying full art foil basics hahahah! When I pick basics for my deck, I like them all to be uniform and full art foils.

  Bulk is one sku in a business that can help add almost as a service to fill out carts of customers buying higher dollar items. &nbsp;I focus effort on quality first then bulk as I have no problem picking 6-7 under dollar cards along with an order that has a 10 dollar card. &nbsp;I think an important metric to follow in a growing business is average spend per transaction. &nbsp;When that stagnates you need to review your inventory and ask is this where I can comfortably trade my time for money or do I need to increase it to make it worth it.

  The ability to acquire bulk at a cheap cost has gone away in the last year and a half. I&apos;ve gone from paying $8/1000 and having it thrown at me to paying $15/1000 and half the time its repeats of the same 20 cards. I just got started selling (I was previously collecting), but bulk seems to be selling pretty well in conjunction with some medium size cards (I frequently get 1 good card, and 6-7 bulk cards in an order).

  As someone who is selling the bulk lots and moves a decent amount of bulk it’s the easiest entry point but the most work and most the people jumping in wanting to do it will end up selling everything to someone like me. Happens all the time and when the market slows down lots of people will go back to normal jobs because the amount of time and work it takes to make a decent living doing bulk is just something a lot of people don’t want to do and that’s okay. Not every time you buy bulk it will be worth your time and effort and I think a lot of these new people in it don’t understand that

  I mainly sell bulk; I very much enjoy sorting and listing cards where most people don&apos;t.
